Meredith Wild
CEO, Founder

Meredith Wild is a #1 New York Times, USA Today, and international bestselling author. She lives on Florida’s Gulf Coast with her three children. She refers to herself as a techie, whiskey appreciator, and sun worshipper. She has been featured on CBS This Morning and the Today Show, and in the New York Times, the Hollywood Reporter, Publishers Weekly, and the Examiner. Her foreign rights have been sold in twenty-two languages.

Jesse Kench As Chief Operating Officer, Jesse Kench brings his affinity for Excel sheets, a Masters in Accounting, and more than a decade of financial services experience to the Waterhouse executive team. He oversees all financial operations and triple checks everything. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s spending time with his wife and daughters, discovering Boston’s best craft beer, and rooting for the team that’s beating yours.

Jonathan
Founder, Chief Marketing Officer
is the man behind the marketing magic that sets Waterhouse authors apart from the rest. After a decade-long career as a firefighter and co-owner of a software development company, Jonathan shifted his focus to publishing and the vast opportunities emerging in this rapidly changing industry. When he isn’t managing his newest ad campaign, Jonathan is spending quality time with his three very rambunctious children, coaching soccer, or blowing off steam at the gym. Unlike his cohorts, he has recently sworn off coffee.

Scott Saunders oversees our publishing calendar, coordinates the editorial team’s efforts, and works closely with authors to make sure every story published by Waterhouse Press is in tip-top shape. He’s spent the past couple of decades writing, editing, and formatting many, many words for many, many publications. If he’s not poring over a manuscript, he’s likely at the beach or on a walk with his wife and three young children, to whom he reads the Waterhouse Press House Style and Formatting Guide at bedtime.

Kurt Vachon is the Technical Director for Waterhouse Press. Having started his career as a web developer, Kurt brings a breadth of technical skills to the process of transforming manuscripts to professional ebooks and print formats. Kurt also oversees the development of our forward-facing brands, business intelligence, public-facing and internal infrastructure. When he is not working, Kurt enjoys sharpening his design skills and exploring the beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Haley Byrd is the Director of Marketing for Waterhouse Press. She has a degree in Hospitality Management and is a proud Argonaut! Go ahead and Google that. She’ll wait. After working several years in the event and hospitality industry, Haley made the move to the publishing industry and couldn’t be happier. She’s detailed, loves meeting new people, and appreciates a good plan. During her free time, Haley can be found cuddling with her two giant fur babies or scuba diving.

Amber Maxwell is the Graphic Designer at Waterhouse Press. For over twenty years, Amber has seamlessly blended function and art. She has a background in design that’s been applied to everything from city planning to website layout to magazine publishing and marketing and branding. Having written and published under a nom de plume, as well as being an avid and voracious reader, Amber brings a niche perspective to the readers’ market as a designer. She also has a great love for art history, skiing the White Mountains, and hiking with her fur baby every chance she gets.
